This Agreement outlines the binding terms and conditions governing your utilization of Simplicore’s services and products. By enrolling in any of our services, you signify your comprehension and acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed herein.

Scope and Coverage

This Agreement governs your access to and utilization of the Simplicore website, as well as all associated services and/or products.

Third-party service and/or product providers under contract and any third-party websites linked from the Simplicore website are not included in this document. They are beyond the purview of Simplicore, and this document does not apply to their employees or managers.

Reporting an Issue

Should a user express dissatisfaction with any of our services and file a complaint, Simplicore is committed to seeking a mutually satisfactory solution. In cases where resolution attempts prove unsuccessful, plans may be canceled. To initiate a claim, please contact us via email first. Formal complaints can only be filed if an agreement that satisfies both parties cannot be reached.

Refund Eligibility

Every project we undertake is managed with expertise, ensuring that clients receive precisely what they’ve requested within the parameters of the proposal. Refund requests will be evaluated based on the following schedule after the client has exhausted all other available dispute resolution options.

Delivery Policy Applicability

Timely payments are imperative; otherwise, project cancellation may occur.

Client's Prompt Information Sharing

Simplicore is not obligated to adhere to the Terms of Service (TOS) unless the client promptly submits the necessary project details. Delays or project incompletions stemming from misunderstandings or inadequate communication are the client’s responsibility, not that of Simplicore.

Client's Obligation to Provide Comprehensive Details

Should the client fail to furnish Simplicore with complete project information or scope at the project’s outset, Simplicore will not be bound by delivery and/or refund guarantees. Unless a separate agreement featuring penalties for delivery delays has been negotiated, Simplicore will solely reimburse for delivery delays.

Liability Limitation

Simplicore’s liability is restricted to the cost of the work that remains unfinished, as outlined in the Simplicore proposal. Simplicore disclaims any liability for damages resulting from service delivery, non-delivery, or delays. To initiate a refund, the client must terminate the project and provide written notice of cancellation to Simplicore.
